This covers any unlikely damage or incidents while we are carrying out work on your property. We take safety seriously and always work carefully to protect your property, surrounding areas, and neighbouring properties while cleaning.

Yes. The treatments we use are safe when applied correctly by trained professionals. We take care to protect surrounding plants, lawns, and garden areas by pre-wetting vegetation and rinsing thoroughly after treatment.

If you have pets, we simply recommend keeping them indoors while the treatment is being applied. Once the area has dried and been rinsed, it is safe to use again.

In many cases we use professional cleaning treatments to achieve the best results. For example, we may apply a biocidal treatment (often sodium hypochlorite based) to remove organic growth such as moss, algae, lichen and black spots.

This treatment not only cleans the surface but also helps prevent regrowth. If preferred, we can also offer pressure washing only without chemical treatment. Please note that without treatment, organic growth may return more quickly.

For block paving driveways, re-sanding is usually carried out once the surface has completely dried after cleaning. This normally takes around 24–48 hours depending on weather conditions.

Once kiln-dried sand has been brushed into the joints, the driveway can typically be used again straight away, although we recommend avoiding heavy turning of tyres for the first day where possible.

We accept bank transfer, debit or credit card, and cash. For most jobs, payment is taken on completion once you are happy with the finished result.

For larger or more specialist jobs, we may ask for a small deposit to secure the booking. This will always be agreed in advance and deducted from the final balance.

Yes. To keep surfaces looking their best, we can offer maintenance treatments or periodic re-cleaning depending on the surface and environment.

For example, patios and driveways may benefit from a maintenance treatment every 12–24 months to prevent moss, algae and staining from returning. We’re always happy to advise on the best maintenance schedule for your property.
